Refund Policy:

We value your patronage at Gibbys Electronic Supermarket. We gladly accept returns for all unworn, unwashed, non-sale priced merchandise with the original tags still attached. To begin the return process, kindly reach out to our customer service team at online@gibbysesm.ca with your full name, order number, and reason for return within 15 days of receiving your purchase. Refunds will be issued once the merchandise is received.

Exchanges:

Should you require a different size for your item, we offer exchanges for the same product. Please contact our customer service team at online@gibbysesm.ca within 15 days of receiving your purchase, providing your full name, order number, and the desired size. The exchanged item must be in unworn, unwashed condition, and have the original tags intact. The replacement item will be dispatched upon receipt of the original merchandise.

Damages and Issues:

Upon delivery of your order, we advise inspecting the items for any defects or damages. If any issues are identified, please contact us promptly at online@gibbysesm.ca, attaching a clear photo of the defective item along with your order number and pertinent details. Please note that regular wear and tear does not qualify as defective merchandise.

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Items labeled as FINAL SALE at the time of purchase
• Items that have been washed and/or worn
• Items with removed tags or labels
• Items not in their original condition (e.g., presence of pet hair, make-up stains, food stains, smoke/odour fumes, heavy wrinkling, etc.)

For returns necessitating laundering, steaming, or dry cleaning due to excessive wrinkling, a maintenance restocking fee will be applied. We kindly ask that items be folded and returned in their original packaging or similar-sized packaging.
