Best of all, it works with Alpine’s mighty PowerStack amplifiers, allowing you to improve the performance of your system without the hassle of a full-blown amp installation.

Ideal for PowerStack amplifiers

Alpine’s PowerStack technology packs a lot of power into a TINY amp chassis, allowing you to store the amp right behind the Alpine radio in your dash opening while still getting powerful audio performance. The iLX-407 works with both the KTA-450 4-channel amp and the KTA-200M mono amp to boost your signal without having to run wires all over your vehicle.

Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are both available.

CarPlay seamlessly integrates your iPhone into the driving experience, allowing you to access iPhone content with the sound of your voice. This includes quick access to your music library, audiobooks, phone, messages, navigation, and a variety of third-party streaming music apps.

If you use an Android phone, this receiver is also compatible with it. Android Auto incorporates your Android device into the driving experience while keeping you focused on the task at hand — driving. You’ll have voice access to Google Maps, weather, music, apps, and text messages, among other things. Of course, you can also make phone calls.

• HD Radio reception: You’ll enjoy crystal-clear sound quality from participating AM and FM stations, including FM that sounds almost as good as a CD. Plus, you’ll see station and song info on the screen.
• Satellite radio compatibility: You can add SiriusXM programming to the receiver with an optional tuner and your paid subscription.

You can use the rear USB pigtail to attach your smartphone or a thumb drive with your favorite music or video files. The rear HDMI connection allows you to hook up to an optional CD/DVD player or Blu-ray player to the mix.
